Job Overview

BTC has Wichita Ethanol Regional Tanker Driver Jobs for a regional tanker fleet. This position involves hauling ethanol, bio oils, and denaturant across Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and additional areas as needed. Drivers can expect a 5-day out, 2-day home schedule, with the possibility of being through home 1-2 nights per week, depending on dispatch.

  • Home Time:
    • 5 days out, 2 days off
    • Possible 1-2 nights home during the week depending on dispatch

Salary and Benefits

Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,500

  • Pay Per Mile (Loaded & Empty)
    • $0.46 – $0.52 CPM (based on verified tractor/trailer experience)
  • Load/Unload Pay:
    • $6 per load event
    • $6 per unload event
  • Utilization Incentive:
    • +$0.03 CPM (for 1,601+ miles per week)
    • Credited back to Mile 1 of the week

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Experience:
    • Previous liquid tanker experience preferred
    • All drivers must complete BTC’s training program if lacking ethanol hauling experience

Training & Orientation

  • Virtual Orientation: $200 upon successful completion (paid on first check)
  • Onsite Training:
    • 5 days onsite training in Fenton, MO (M-F)
    • $120/day
  • Road Training:
    • Week 1: $120/day (Experienced Liquid Drivers)
    • Week 2: $200/day (Non-Experienced Liquid Drivers)
    • All drivers must complete at least 7 days of road training regardless of experience
  • Cross-Training Available for dry bulk, metered trailers, and tanks
